We ship worldwide from our factory in Bangkok. Everything is made to order, so the timeline starts when your order is confirmed.
How your order travels
Pieces are crated at our factory in purpose-built wooden crates, marked and numbered against your order.
We ship by air, sea or road depending on the size of the order and the destination. Your quotation will state which, along with the cost.
Before delivery day
We or the carrier will contact you before the shipment arrives.
The most common delivery problem is a doorway, lift or stairwell a crate cannot pass through. Crate dimensions are on your shipping documents.
Indoor placement, unpacking, assembly and removal of packaging can be arranged for an additional fee. Ask at quotation stage — it has to be booked with the carrier.
