Who we are
FYSIK Co., Ltd is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We are based in Thailand and subject to the Thai Personal Data Protection Act. Where we handle data of people in the EEA or UK, we also comply with the GDPR.

The personal data we collect
When you make an enquiry. Your name, email address, country and city, the type of organisation you are enquiring on behalf of, and anything else you choose to tell us.
When you download our catalogue or technical files. Your email address, a record of which files you downloaded, and whether you asked to receive product and technical updates.
When you place an order. Your contact details, delivery address, billing details, the products ordered and the finishes selected.
When you pay us. Card details are entered directly with 2C2P and are not collected, seen or stored by FYSIK.
When you visit our website. Your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you visit.
Why we use it, and our legal basis

Downloading a file does not sign you up to anything. Product and technical updates are sent only to people who have asked for them, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send or by writing to info@fysik.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with our distributors and authorised partners where a project is handled in your market, and with service providers acting on our instructions:
- Shopify — website hosting, order processing and email newsletters
- 2C2P — payment processing
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of downloadable technical files
- Google — email correspondence and website analytics
- Meta Platforms Ireland — advertising measurement and targeting
- Freight forwarders and couriers
- IT, accounting and professional advisers
We also share data with authorities and legal advisers where required by law, and with a buyer or successor if FYSIK is sold or reorganised.
International transfers
FYSIK is based in Thailand, which is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on the safeguards required by law, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We delete or anonymise data at the end of these periods unless we have a legal reason to keep it longer.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data, where we no longer have a reason to keep it
- Restrict how we use it, while a concern is being resolved
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to direct marketing
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis we rely on
Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, email info@fysik.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand, your national data protection authority in the EEA, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the website work, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising.
- Necessary — required for the site to function. These are always on.
- Analytics — help us understand which pages are useful.
- Advertising — used to measure our advertising and to show our products to people who have visited the site.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may then not work as intended.
Security
We maintain technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, and agreements with the providers who handle data on our behalf. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Children
Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our business, the law, or how we handle data. The version number and date at the top show when it was last revised. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you directly or post a notice on our website.
