Warranty
Every FYSIK piece is made to order at our own factory in Bangkok. We stand behind the materials and the work.
What we cover
We warrant that the material and workmanship of our products will conform to our published specifications for two years from the date of delivery.
If a piece fails within that period because of a fault in the material or the way it was made, we will repair or replace it.
What we do not cover
Leather softens and changes colour. Wood takes on marks. Steel picks up fine scratches. These are properties of the materials, not faults — and they are why we chose them.
Wood grain, leather texture and colour vary from hide to hide and board to board.
Dropping weights, hitting pieces together, dragging equipment, outdoor use, or storage in wet conditions.
A great deal of what looks like a fault is a care question. Have a look at our care guide first — particularly for leather that has dried out.
After the warranty period
The warranty ends after two years. Our interest in the piece does not. We make everything ourselves, which means we can usually repair, refinish or re-leather a piece long after it was delivered.
